Moustafa Saad

Moustafa Saad is Head of Islamic Education at Safa British School, Dubai, and an experienced educator dedicated to innovative, inclusive teaching practices. He specialises in promoting student voice, engagement, and values-based learning. With leadership experience across both primary and secondary phases, Moustafa has designed curriculum, led school-wide events, and delivered CPD workshops on oracy, behaviour for learning, and differentiation. He is currently pursuing the NPQLT and is passionate about building reflective, student-centred classrooms. His work bridges traditional Islamic content with modern pedagogy to support academic excellence, character development, and a deep sense of purpose in learning.
