The session will be highly interactive, incorporating open discussions, group activities, and scenario-based problem-solving exercises. Educators will leave with a comprehensive understanding of reflective models, collaborative strategies, and actionable insights that can be immediately applied to their teaching practice. By engaging in critical dialogue and hands-on activities, participants will be empowered to rethink their professional development pathways and contribute to a culture of continuous learning within their institutions.
