Rubina Akhta

I am passionate about elevating teaching and learning through meaningful professional development. As an experienced teacher trainer and coordinator, I have dedicated my career to empowering educators to reach their full potential and deliver high-quality learning experiences to students. With a strong background in pedagogy and international curricula—including UK, US, and IB—I specialize in educational projects, curriculum enrichment, differentiation, and adaptive instructional practices.
A proud alumna of AKU, I currently serve as an instructor and trainer, supporting a wider network of educators. I have also completed advanced certifications in AI in Education from Google, Brisk, and Magic School, enabling me to integrate innovative, future-ready strategies into teaching and professional learning.
I also had the opportunity to present at major educational platforms, including GESS, SEA, and the Common Core Boot Camp, sharing insights on instructional innovation and effective pedagogical practices.
Most recently, I completed the Modern Classroom Project Virtual Mentorship Program and became a member of MCP USA. This has strengthened my expertise in blended, self-paced, and mastery-based learning models, which I now help other educators adopt in their classrooms.
I look forward to connecting with like-minded professionals who are committed to excellence in education and exploring collaborative opportunities to advance impactful, globally informed teaching practices.
