I will share my personal journey of introducing AI, detailing how I navigated the UAE AI guidelines, developed a comprehensive AI policy, and conducted a thorough risk assessment to ensure compliance and safety. Attendees will gain insights into overcoming common obstacles and fostering an environment where AI enhances pedagogy and supports teacher wellbeing.
