I recently delivered an interactive IBCP workshop focused on developing students’ understanding of the Core components, including the Reflective Project, Service Learning, Language Development, and Personal & Professional Skills. The session emphasised real-world application, reflection, and employability skills, helping students clarify expectations, assessment requirements, and how to evidence their learning effectively. The workshop supported students in making strong links between their career-related studies and wider personal development, reinforcing the purpose and value of the IBCP pathway.
