In the fast-paced world of education, it can feel safer to lead with certainty and authority. But what if our greatest impact came from leading with authenticity and openness? This workshop explores how vulnerability builds trust, strengthens team culture, and models emotional resilience for both staff and students. Through practical reflection and collaborative discussion, we’ll look at vulnerability as a core strength that drives meaningful leadership in schools.
