This workshop introduces the IB Career-related Programme (CP), offering participants a clear understanding of its structure, philosophy, and core components. It also highlights the key differences between the CP and the Diploma Program (DP), helping schools and educators understand how each pathway supports different student needs, learning styles, and post-school destinations.

As an IB educator, a transformational leadership approach drives the establishment and strategic development of the Science Department, Career Department, and University Counselling Department within an IB school context. Extensive experience includes serving as Head of Science, IBDP examiner, and IB workshop leader with the International Baccalaureate. Professional practice also includes leading departments through KHDA inspections and quality assurance processes, ensuring alignment with national and international standards. Currently leading the authorization process for the Career-related Programme (CP), with a focus on coherence, compliance, and school vision. Demonstrated impact includes improving Science Department performance from Acceptable to Good in MYP and from Good to Outstanding in DP. Proven expertise lies in designing career-related pathways, strengthening guidance systems, and supporting educators globally in delivering meaningful, future-focused learning.
