This workshop brings together teachers from different programmes and subject areas to explore how inquiry-led teaching transforms classrooms into spaces of deep, meaningful learning. Participants will examine inquiry not as a single strategy, but as a mindset and instructional approach that places curiosity, questioning, and evidence-based thinking at the center of learning.
It focuses on how inquiry shifts classrooms from teacher-centered delivery to student-driven exploration through questioning, investigation, and reflection. Participants will explore practical strategies for designing inquiry-based lessons, using effective questioning, and maintaining academic rigor while increasing student voice and choice. Inquiry-led classrooms create more meaningful learning experiences because students actively construct understanding, make real-world connections, and develop deeper thinking and long-term retention.
