سيتم تقديم الدورة من خلال ورش عمل تفاعلية، وأنشطة عملية توضح كيفية دمج هذه الاستراتيجيات في التدريس اليومي، مع التركيز على تطبيقها في تدريس اللغة العربية والمواد الأخرى ضمن بيئات تعليمية متنوعة، مثل المدارس الدولية وبرنامج البكالوريا الدولية

Mohamed Essam
My name is Mohamed Essam, and I have been working in the field of education for 19 years, bringing with me extensive experience and a deep passion for teaching and learning.
My journey in education began in 2006 when I started working at a national school in Egypt. In 2011, I transitioned to teaching at an international school, where I became a Middle Years Programme teacher in the International Baccalaureate. This experience enriched me both personally and professionally.
My career path then led me to the United Arab Emirates, where I joined Dar Al Marefa Private School in 2017. I started as an Arabic language teacher in the MYP, and in 2019, I took on the role of Head of the Arabic Department for both A and B in the MYP and DP. This role allowed me to contribute to the development of students’ language skills and cultural understanding, while also fostering their appreciation for global perspectives.
In 2021, I had the honor of serving as an examiner for the IB Diploma Programme, which gave me valuable insights into the assessment process and helped guide students towards achieving top scores.
In 2022, I was proud to be promoted to the position of MYP Assistant Coordinator. In this role, I worked closely with both students and teachers on key areas such as the personal project and unit-related activities.
In 2023, I had the privilege of taking on the role of Head of MOE subjects at the school, which gave me a comprehensive understanding of the progression of students in Arabic language subjects from kindergarten through to the DP. This position allowed me to work on aligning the different stages to ensure all are aimed at enhancing student performance and achieving the desired outcomes in these subjects.
In 2024, I was officially accredited as a workshop leader for the IB organization.
