As artificial intelligence rapidly transforms education, school leaders face new opportunities—and new responsibilities—to shape future-ready learning environments. This workshop equips school leadership teams with the knowledge, tools, and strategic insights needed to navigate the evolving AI landscape with confidence and integrity.
Participants will explore how AI can enhance teaching, streamline school operations, support data-driven decision-making, and personalise learning pathways for students. The workshop will also address ethical considerations, safeguarding expectations, staff capability-building, and responsible AI use in line with international best practice.
Through case studies, guided discussions, and practical scenarios, leaders will examine how AI can strengthen curriculum design, assessment models, and student wellbeing systems while preserving human judgement at the heart of education. By the end of the session, participants will be better prepared to lead innovation, build digital resilience in their schools, and create a balanced vision that integrates AI meaningfully and responsibly into everyday practice.
