This session is designed for both senior and middle leaders who may have secured a promotion, or leaders who find themselves in a new context. Michael will explore research into relevant leadership frameworks to reveal the importance of context in managing change. Participants will explore approaches to leading change in curriculum, assessment, and middle leadership.
