She has served in governance, quality assurance, executive leadership and advisory roles in the UK, Europe and the Gulf region, including schools regulated by KHDA, ADEK, SPEA, QNSA and the KSA’s RCRC. Zoubiya is passionate about the power of authenticity in learning and leadership.

Joy Buckner is an international educational consultant, speaker, and founder of Buckner Education. Diagnosed with dyslexia at age 12, she has turned her lived experience into a mission to champion neurodivergent learners across the globe. As a trusted advisor to schools and educational organizations, Joy leads professional development on inclusive teaching practices, structured literacy, and neuroaffirming strategies. Through her consultancy and podcast The Joy of Neurodiversity, she partners with global thought leaders to transform how learning environments serve all minds; bridging advocacy, innovation, and systems-level change. At the heart of her work is a deep belief that when we design for the margins, we elevate the experience for every learner.
